About Rich Figg, SRA
Rich Figg has been in the Monroe County real estate market since 1984. His father, Rod Figg, ran one of Bloomington’s prominent real estate firms — giving Rich a connection to this community that spans generations.
As an Indiana Certified General Appraiser with the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and a Business Real Estate degree from Indiana University, Rich brings both formal credentials and deep, personal market knowledge to every engagement.
